Hi All, My Name is Claire Reynolds and I opened BLBA so that I can transform the beauty industry. Its my hope that I get to change the course of many peoples lives for the better.

Hi I'm Jasa, and I'm the Academy Director & Student Admissions Coordinator for both of the Boss Lady Beauty Academy locations in Woco & San Antonio. 

 I'm a Licensed Esthetician & have a background in managing Facial & Massage Therapy spas, as well as Medical Aesthetics clinics. 

 I enjoy guiding BLBA students along their path towards becoming a Licensed Beauty Professional; from their first contact inquiring about our enrollment process, once they become student, & all the way through to their graduation & beyond! 

I've been w/ BLBA over 4 years now, & love this field because I 'm constantly learning & get the opportunity to help people accomplish their dreams. 

Hi, I'm Linda, I'm a Licensed Esthetician & Certified in Dermaplaning and Micro Needling.

While I'm not busy being an instructor at the San Antonio BLBA., I  like to travel, spend time with loved ones, and cook In my free time. 

I'm dedicated to helping students with all aspects in the esthetician industry,  including facials (my favorite service to provide), waxing, brow laminations, lash lifts, & more, as well as continuing education.

I enjoy empowering students with both practical skills knowledge, & a strong foundation in client care & professionalism.

I  believe in creating a positive & supportive learning environment where students are inspired to grow & thrive in their esthetics careers.

Hi, I’m Leah, I’m a licensed esthetician and instructor at the San Antonio campus. I enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge. The more we learn the better we become.

Hello yall! I’m Rachel, I’m an instructor at the Waco  Boss Lady Beauty Academy, & also a graduate of the school! I love teaching and fostering each students love for this industry. I always tell my students to stay open to learning as I do that myself and share all the knowledge!

Hi, I'm Molly, I moved to TX from the midwest about a year ago, & I'm still getting used to the weather :)

  I'm a wife, mom to 7 kids, "yaya" to several grandkids, have my own practice,  & I'm an Esthetics & Lash Extension teacher at Waco BLBA.

I originally went to school to become a Therapist, but discovered I was too tenderhearted for that, so I decided to do go a different route, into Esthetics, which I've  been passionate about since I was 18 years old.

I'm exited to be a part of the BLBA student’s journey & love teaching others about their skin & how to take better care of it so they feel better about themselves.

 It's important to me to make sure my students feel seen & heard, & aspire to empower my students with the skills they've learned at BLBA to help them become more successful down the road.
