The Boss Lady Beauty Society was established in 2016 as a spa and lash studio in Dallas, Texas. Over the years, lashing has become the foundation of the company.

Our passion for servicing clients has evolved into training fellow Estheticians and Cosmetologists to do the same. 

Boss Lady Beauty will continue to grow as a premier private Esthetician, Cosmetologist, & Lash Artist Academy.
